We are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to new members joining our vibrant dance community in Lake Havasu! Our community serves as a valuable platform for sharing information about the best places to dance and learn. Starting out in the world of dance can be daunting, but that’s where Desert Country steps in. Our dedicated members support and inform each other, making it much simpler to discover and enjoy various dance venues. Desert Country stands as a central gathering point for passionate country dance enthusiasts. In Lake Havasu, there are several fantastic spots for country dancers to explore. The iconic Flying X Saloon holds a special place in our hearts as the place where many of us initially connected. Additionally, we’re excited to embrace newer venues like Mustang Sally’s, which may have a smaller dance floor but offers an equally enjoyable experience. Furthermore, BlondZee’s has been alluring dancers with its engaging partner and line dance lessons. Venturing a bit farther out, we have the Sundance Saloon, a recent addition with a classic saloon ambiance and a spacious dance floor that is currently undergoing some renovations.
There are a handful of places for country dancers in Havasu. Of course our classic is the Flying X Saloon where most of us dancers met. We also have also gained some newbies like Mustang Sally’s which is a smaller dance floor but still so fun. BlondZee’s is also bringing in the dance community with their partner & line dance lessons. A little further, we have Sundance Saloon that is a new up-and-comer with it’s old-style saloon and a bit to be fixed up but a HUGE dance floor.
